At Impact when it comes to training, we strongly believe people should leave the training room with improved skill and confidence to do what they need to do. That's why Impact Training courses focus on doing (experiential learning). This means every trainee gets enough practice and repetition in the skill they need to improve using role-play meetings, presentations, on-the-job vocabulary, listening and cross-cultural issues.
Using a proven presentation, practice, production and feedback approach, we maximize time spent in the training room so that trainees leave with a clear idea of what they need to do and how they can apply English skills in their jobs.
All of the above training courses can be done in Small Groups of 3-4 students in a modular style over 16-20 weeks (e.g. 4 weeks of Presentation Skills, 4 weeks of Teleconference skills, 4 weeks of Business e-mails and 4 weeks of Negotiation skills etc.).
Any of the courses can also be done on a 1-1 (man-to-man) basis over any time period using specific, job-related materials (usually 30-40 weekly one hour lessons). The Business e-mail skills courses can be done via e-mail on a weekly basis with individual feedback.
